In the past, there might have been a scenario where you wished to search for a particular member in your community not by his ‘Email id’ but by the ‘First Name’ or the ‘Last Name’. Say, finding the details of a specific community member but you don’t remember his email id.
The Team at Survey Analytics understood this need of yours and has made enhancements to the Panel Member Search feature in our community management solution. In our latest software version 6.8, you are now able to search a member based on the first name or the last name. You can also search for a community member based on the member id or even a part of the email id. Our customers are already excited about these features and are already finding them very useful.
This feature spotlight discusses new panel member search filter enhancements in detail.
Please login to your Survey Analytics account and follow the following steps to take a tour of our new feature.
3. Now, you will find two new search parameters available - First Name and Last Name. Type in the first name or the last name in the required text box and click ‘Search’ button. Your search result will appear at the bottom.
4. You can also search for a community member based on the bits and pieces of the email id, you remember. Say, just type in ‘ohn’ in the “Email Address” text bar to search/filter for all the panel members having ‘ohn’ in their email ids. Simple, isn’t it?
5. Member ID, unique to each community member can also be used as one the useful search parameter. Type in the required 'Member ID' in the text box and click 'Search' to get the result filtered on the basis of this unique id.
