Hello Everyone,
Survey Analytics and all our services are back to normal operations and you should have full access without any interruptions/limitations.
We regret to inform you that Surveyanalytics.com was under a DOS (Denial of Service) attack. Surveyanalytics.com was unresponsive and not available starting around 8:00 AM PST until 11:00 PM PST on February 19th 2013.
We immediately had all our teams on high alert and were working on repelling the attack. In addition, we have also put in place additional measures to avoid such attacks in future. No data/systems were compromised during this attack. We have the highest industry level security measures in place and regularly get audited for the same. Survey Analytics has completed its SSAE16 audit for its collocation facilities in Seattle. More information about security can be found at:http://surveyanalytics.com/security/
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused due to this and thank you for your patience and understanding.
