Last week the Survey Analytics office located in Pune, India hosted a fun team building activity and group dinner to blow off some steam and have a little fun. We wanted to share their festivities and pictures with you, because we think a lot can be learned from this kind of leadership and camaraderie in the workplace. When you take a bit of time to step away from the computer and socialize with your fellow teammates, a lot can be gained. After all, it's teamwork that makes the dream work!

Apple's iOS 8 was just released mid-last week, with the iPhone 6 following a few days after. iOS 8 boasts a ton of new features, including an improved spotlight search, new notification center, and more options for the camera and photo editing. But before you go reaching for your phones to get the update, consider that it will take up to about 2 GB on your phone (and even more if done over wifi). If you have an older iPhone model, your phone could get buggy and drastically slower, forcing you to buy the new phone. This presents tremendous opportunities for developers, but it also means a lot of work for them updating applications for the new interface. We've rounded up 5 of the best infographics on iOS 8 and the iPhone 6 and presented them for you here to enjoy, so take a look!

Keep reading to better understand what heatmap image testing is, as well as how to set it up and view the data. The book titled "The Handbook of Mobile Market Research" by industry professionals Sue York, Ray Poynter and Navin Williams is now available for your enjoyment and is here to help you understand how you can improve the way you conduct mobile market research moving forward. Continue reading to learn about some of the highlights of the launch featuring a Q&A with market research leadership panel speakers and check out Chapter 8 of the book titled "Designing and Conducting Mobile Surveys."

Why do some organizations perform so well while others can't seem to figure it out? Then there are those we can't help but think "they just got lucky." Or did they? Although we can't answer that million dollar question, we hope we can give you a point in the right direction and provide a great example. We are all on our own missions and goals we need to accomplish. Another thing we are learning to do is master the cycle of how to listen, understand and deliver appropriate changes moving forward. One of the big problems and inconsistencies that happens as we begin collecting more and more data is making sure we are collecting the data that supports our mission and not just data for the sake of more data. That's why there is the mess you see everywhere today of big data.
